Birth Teams

Midwives work cooperatively in teams. A primary midwife, sometimes two, attend the majority of prenatal visits. The second attendant will attend the birth and occasionally a third.The second attendant generally attends the 36 week visit. Should you have interest in doula support, a doula can make a wonderful additions to a birth team.
